4.1 Account Creation

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Fangwin88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been authorised by you, and Fangwin88 bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the security of credentials has been compromised through your own actions or negligence.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout the period of Account use is accurate, current, and complete. You must notify Fangwin88 promptly of any material changes to your registered information, including change of address or payment details. 4.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account shall be classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Fangwin88 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to such accounts after providing reasonable prior notice. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact customer support.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and ownership. Fangwin88 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of Players. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched accounts may be frozen pending investigation.

5.2 Processing Times

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

To submit a withdrawal request, you must have: (a) a fully verified Account (KYC completed); (b) met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus; (c) a positive real-money balance of at least the applicable minimum withdrawal amount; and (d) an Account in good standing with no outstanding disputes, investigations, or security flags.

6.2 Processing Times

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

6.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the Fangwin88 platform are subject to confirmation. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number or confirmation screen is displayed. Fangwin88 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where system errors have resulted in incorrect odds being offered, or where the outcome of an event is already known at the time the bet is placed.

8.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void where: (a) an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a rescheduled date being confirmed; (b) odds were offered in error due to a system malfunction; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or (d) other exceptional circumstances as determined by Fangwin88. Void bets result in the staked amount being returned to the Player's Account.

8.3 Mix Parlay

Mix Parlay and accumulator bets are governed by Fangwin88's specific Mix Parlay rules, which are available on the platform. In the event of a void selection within a Mix Parlay, the void leg is removed and the parlay recalculated accordingly unless otherwise specified.

8.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting odds are offered in real time and are subject to change at any moment. Bets placed at specific odds are confirmed at the time of acceptance. Fangwin88 is not liable for any network latency or connection issues that may affect the odds displayed at the time of a Player's bet placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Fangwin88 platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, including through aliases, shared devices, or third-party proxies.
• Providing false or misleading registration information, including falsified identity documents.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the platform in any manner.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed systematically to exploit promotional offers.
• Colluding with other Players, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting patterns to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of illegal origin through the platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error for financial gain without promptly reporting it to Fangwin88 support.
• Impersonating another player, Fangwin88 staff, or any third party.
• Engaging in any fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute activity.

15.1 Suspension by Fangwin88

Fangwin88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account has been used in violation of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected; (c) KYC verification requirements have not been satisfied; or (d) continued Account operation poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

15.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily should contact Fangwin88 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance — after deduction of any applicable fees or forfeiture of Bonus Funds not meeting withdrawal conditions — will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination, all licences and permissions granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
